Angel Eiras was born in New York City and raised in Miami. He was born into a family of  professional hairstylists and entrepreneurs. Since his infancy his grandmothers were both cosmetologists and have made their impact in the beauty industry. Angel’s family owns a chain of professional barber shops that he grew up in. From an early age he grew up watching and learning from the barbers and beauticians. He surrounded himself with the leaders in the barbershop.

 

At a young age he learned the art of barbering, providing him with the principles of strong work ethic, dedication, integrity, and passion giving him the foundation needed to become the leader he is today. Angel earned his Master Barber license from Beauty Schools of America and has since dedicated the last 17 years of his career to upholding the legacy of his family’s business, taking on various leadership roles within the organization.

 

As an instructor at South Florida Barber Schools, Angel is responsible for mentoring the next generation of barbers. His responsibilities include teaching students the essential skills and techniques in haircutting, shaving, styling, and grooming, while also covering safety, sanitation, and customer service, engaging students, evaluating student progress, providing feedback, and ensuring that students meet industry standards. He plays a key role in shaping the next generation of barbers through both instruction and practical mentorship. With a deep understanding of both the technical and business aspects of barbering, he strives to equip aspiring barbers with the tools for lasting success in the barber shop industry..

 

Outside of the barbershop, Angel finds solace in fishing and embracing the great outdoors. These pastimes keep him grounded and provide inspiration that fuels his passion for the craft. Whether working with clients, leading within his family business, or guiding students in their professional growth, he remains dedicated to excellence and continuous learning, ensuring that the tradition of skilled barbering thrives for generations to come.
