Jessica Eiras, of Dominican descent was raised in New York City in a home that encouraged a strong education and work ethic.   

 

She moved to Miami and obtained her associate's degree from Miami Dade Community College.  She then went on to get her Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Barry University. Jessica continued her education and received her Master’s Degree in Business and Human Resources from Barry University and then pursued her Specialist Degree in Education Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.   

 

For over 2 decades she dedicated her career to Miami Dade County Public Schools 

where she was promoted over the years to different leadership positions within the organization. Starting as a Language Arts teacher, she then escalated to team leader, 

Followed by Department head then promoted to program specialist. In her later years, Jessica was a well accomplished school Administrator, responsible for school compliance, budgeting, strategic planning, administration of standardized testing for students and organizing events with community leaders. 

 

Currently as the Chief Administrative Officer, Jessica brings a plethora of experience to South Florida Barber Schools. She is responsible for overseeing the student admissions, student orientation, student compliance and test preparation. She works closely with the Director, faculty and staff to ensure compliance with state and national agencies.  

 

She has a passion for learning new things. Jessica deeply values integrity, fairness, and honesty in all that she does and believes.  in never giving up on one’s dreams.
